The top strap is made with 2″ webbing, which is wrapped in Cordura for added strength and style. The bottom straps are made with 3/4″ heavyweight nylon webbing rated to 900 lbs. ‘
This stuff is stronger than poly-pro, and we triple it, making it even stronger; this also allows the strap to stay curved all of the time. The bottom strap is attached to the top strap with steel climbing tri-glide.
All seams have been multiple back-stitched and pressure points have been cross-stitched to add strength.
We use two-inch black hook and loop.
These things will take a beating!
